At Pihlajalinna, you can choose the most convenient way to renew your prescription.
We recommend renewing your prescription well before it expires. You can see the validity of your prescription in MyPihlajalinna or in the Pihlajalinna Health App. You may need to see a doctor or go through examinations before your prescription can be renewed.
The fastest way to renew your prescription is in the Health App. Prescription renewal chat appointments are available every day of the year from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Generally, it takes 10 minutes to renew your prescription, which will be charged in accordance with the price list. Prescriptions for drugs affecting the central nervous system and similar medication cannot be renewed remotely.

You can call our customer service to schedule a phone appointment with one of our doctors to renew your prescription. The doctor will charge you for the prescription renewal in accordance with the price list for phone appointments.
