Pihlajalinna Health App and online services allow acting on behalf of your minor child if you are the child’s guardian.
It is not possible to act on behalf of a minor if the child has been taken into custody or is under the order of non-disclosure.
If you want to act on behalf of a minor, be sure to check your rights using Suomi.fi e-Authorizations in the Population Information System. You can check your personal information on the Suomi.fi website.

As a guardian, you can act on behalf of your minor child:
in the Health App’s paediatrician’s chat service if the child is under 12 years old
in online appointments if the child is under 18 years old.
When using the Pihlajalinna Health App, you can also view the following information for a child under the age of 12:
upcoming appointments
referrals
medical notes
laboratory results
physiological measurements
laboratory and imaging reports
prescriptions
vaccinations
medical leave certificates.
The information will be visible unless a child, assessed to be capable of making their own decisions, has declined access.
