Briefly about callback requests

  • As a private customer, you can schedule a callback request with a specialist who has already taken care of you if this has been agreed upon during your visit.

  • If a callback request was not agreed upon during your visit, please schedule a new appointment with the specialist.

  • A callback request is priced in accordance with the phone appointment price list.

  • When visiting occupational healthcare, you can leave a callback request to your occupational health nurse in the Pihlajalinna Health App or in the online booking system.

How do I schedule a callback request as a private customer?

As a private customer, you can schedule a callback request with a specialist who has already taken care of you if this has been agreed upon during your visit. The callback request is a phone appointment.

When visiting a medical centre, you can schedule a callback request related to your care directly with the doctor during your appointment or with the centre’s customer service. You can also book it by calling our customer service at 010 312 010.

Please note that the callback request will be charged in accordance with the price list for phone appointments.

What cannot be taken care of with a callback request?

A callback request refers only to a phone call agreed upon at a doctor’s appointment. During a callback request, only matters related to your visit that have been agreed upon in advance will be discussed, such as test results. This means that a callback request cannot be used to discuss a new ailment or acute health issues.

If you need help with something other than a matter already agreed upon at an appointment, please schedule a new doctor’s appointment. You can schedule the appointment online or by calling our customer service at 010 312 010.

How do I submit a callback request as an occupational healthcare customer?

To submit a callback request with your occupational nurse, please schedule it in the Pihlajalinna Health App or online.

To schedule a callback request with another specialist, for example, to discuss laboratory results with the doctor who treated you, schedule an appointment by calling Pihlajalinna’s customer service at 010 312 010. You can also schedule the appointment online if this is part of your occupational healthcare contract. For more information, please ask your employer.
